The preparations for the coming winter season are in full swing – but this year under different circumstances than before. We would like to give you the opportunity to book without any worries, to give you back the anticipation for the winter and for beautiful skiing lessons. Therefore we have created new cancellation rules with regard to Covid-19, which are described below.

For cancellations less than 20 days before arrival we will NOT charge a Cancellation Fee if any of the following points apply:
– The Austrian Federal Government sets the Corona traffic light in the vacation community to RED.
– A level 6 travel warning will be set for the state/region/community of the guest.
– The border to Austria is closed and no entry is possible.
– For our region, a travel warning has been issued by the responsible Foreign Ministry of the guest’s home country.
– The guest would have to go into quarantine after vacation in our region.

These are cases in which we, the Freizeit-PSO association, will cover the cancellation costs of the booked ski lessons at Freizeit-PSO. Regarding an illness of Covid-19 or a positive test, we ask you to read the following paragraph.

You can take out an insurance policy with the Europäische Reiseversicherung, which includes an illness of Corona, respectively a positive test for Corona and the associated measures in your insurance coverage. This insurance can also be taken out for bookings that have already been made. We strongly advise you to consider taking out insurance for cases of illness with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
