Fixed: Quality, performance and price are right! We are non-profit and do not charge you the actual costs, but a lower price.
Thanks to our supporters, donors, sponsors and partners we can cross-finance the additional expenses for intensive care, expensive special equipment and increased organisational expenses.
Our goal is that all people, even with low incomes, can afford a summer and winter holiday with us.
For this reason, we have introduced price scales consisting of 5 different social prices. We ask all our guests to select a price from this scale for the booked service according to their personal budget.
Please note: Everyone is free to choose between the prices in price groups 3-5. If you choose price group PG1 or PG2, we ask you to submit an informal request with a brief explanation/reason. We also ask you to send us a copy of your accommodation confirmation. In case of any ambiguities, we reserve the right to request additional documentation.
