What is PSOactive?
In the middle of Austria lies a very special place – the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein. Natural landscapes, Styrian hospitality and accessible infrastructure complement each other here. For you, your family and your friends.
Adaptive & assisted skiing for people with disabilities
Skiing means freedom, self-confidence, and joie of life. As part of our inclusive winter sports program, we offer accompanied and assisted skiing for people with physical and/or mental disabilities.
Freizeit-PSO provides suitable adaptive sports equipment (e.g., monoski, bi-ski, crutch ski, ski links) and is supported by experienced, specially trained guides. Our focus is on safety, individual care, and a positive leisure experience—tailored to the personal abilities of the participants. This makes barrier-free winter sports activities a truly memorable experience.
Note: Freizeit-PSO is not a ski school and does not offer ski lessons in accordance with state ski school laws. The winter sports activities offered are part of supervised leisure and club activities.
Who we are here for
Children, young people, and adults with a wide range of physical and/or mental disabilities, as well as their families and friends. Freizeit-PSO’s activities are open to people with disabilities of all ages. Participation takes place within the framework of supervised leisure activities and takes into account the individual requirements of the participants.
