    Your holiday at a glance

Holiday camp for young people with learning disabilities | 28.07. – 02.08.2024

    Day 1 – Arrival

On your arrival day we meet in the late afternoon in your accommodation, the JUFA in Schladming. There we will get to know each other, give you an overview of the coming week and of course answer all your questions. We will also show you the entire accommodation so that you can orientate yourself there.

Day 2 – Disc Golf & experiential education hike

Today we are going on a hike with group dynamic activities. During the hike nature gives us enough opportunity to get to know each other. We can also measure our accuracy at disc golf! During a cozy stop at the hut at noon we then experience sociable get-together and rustic alpine comfort.

Day 3 – Summer tobogganing and pit pat

Today we spend the morning on the summer toboggan run with fun and action and let the wind blow through our hair. After a refreshment in a cozy hut we start in the afternoon for a few rounds of Pit Pat, before we end the evening relaxed in the JUFA.

Day 4 – Day trip to the zoo Mautern with bird of prey show

Today we make a day trip to the wild mountain Mautern! There we not only meet different animals like bears, foxes or wolves, but can also admire falcons and eagles at a bird of prey show. Before we go back home, we have fun at the playground.

Day 5 Morning – High ropes course & adventure playground Rittisberg

On the fourth day, another absolute highlight is on the agenda. A visit to the high ropes course is an unforgettable experience for everyone and will be deeply anchored in your memory. For each of you there is a suitable adventure! At the Flying Fox, a long rope slide, you can experience the breathtaking feeling of speed and the certain “tingling” in your stomach. Before we go to lunch, we will explore the adventure playground at Rittisberg, which we reach with the Rittisberg cable car.

    Day 5 Afternoon – Dachstein

In the afternoon we will stand at an altitude of almost 3,000 metres between heaven and earth and experience the fascination of the mountain up close. Only what for extreme mountaineers? Wrong! EVERYONE can experience it on the Sky Walk on the Dachstein. There we will let the wind blow around our ears and feel the snow during a snowball fight even in summer.

    Day 5 Evening program

We’ll finish off our last evening in style. Tonight we will explore Schladming.

    Day 6 – Kayak course

The crowning finale – a kayak course! After you have exchanged your clothes for a wetsuit and paddle, you can expect your first experiences with the kayak at the Aicher swimming lake. Afterwards, the energy stores will have to be refilled. And what could be better than a barbecue?  On this occasion we can review the highlights of the adventure week and exchange addresses with the participants who have become friends.

The journey home will start in the afternoon.
